RJ, Fashion, Bali: Brand reactivation
Prior to the pandemic, RJ's business was operating in a conventional mode, which left them stranded when the pandemic hit. Our role was to develop a brand strategy and reactivate the brand by establishing an online presence through channels such as the website and Instagram. To ensure success, we were utilizing the Design Sprint method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current foundation and determine the necessary steps to be taken prior to executing the online channels.
PT GI, Tech, Jakarta: Persona & value proposition identification
To combat a slight decline in market usage, GI has enlisted the help of a Market Research service. The aim was to delve deeper into the use-cases and any obstacles preventing customers from entering or repeating purchases. Through focus groups conducted among five distinct groups in each city - Surabaya and Malang - valuable insights were gleaned. These insights helped identify the targeted persona and potential value propositions that could be leveraged to not only retain existing customers but also increase the usage of the service.
PT MBI, F&B, Jakarta: Activation events evaluation
MBI employed a moderation service to engage with their customers, who primarily fall within the age range of 20 to 30 years old. The primary goal was to gain insight into customer behavior related to their products, including how and when they are used, as well as who they are used with. Furthermore, the service also included a concept testing component, where customers are asked to share their opinions regarding various activation events.
PT IE, Energy, Jakarta: Product Launch Evaluation
IE’s new product launch is accompanied by the launch of a website and app. Our role was to evaluate the user purchase & delivery journey across the website, app, and offline channels, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive and effective in achieving desired goals. To achieve this, we provided a guidance on the user journey and conducted market reviews to gauge user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Ultimately, our goal was to optimize the user experience across all channels, maximizing the value provided to customers.
